Return Policy 

Bonita Boutique is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days of receipt (excluding delivery charge), in accoradnce with the distance selling regulations.

The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be credited when Bonita boutique has received and processed your return and it passes inspection. 

The item must be returned with tags intact and a valid receipt.

Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address. 

For hygiene reasons the following items will not be accepted back:

- Earrings

- Fascinators 

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.

We cannot guarantee return of the item so please ensure you send it via courier or tracked post. 

Refunds 

Where the conditions above have been met we will refund your card within a maximum 4 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. 

If this has not occured within this period please contact us immediately.

Sale Items

*Please note that sale items are only exchanged or credited. We can not give you a refund. 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
